I work there. If u come on a Friday or Saturday we try and fill the table with eight. Every now and then we put a couple on the bridge if they are wanting to be cooked for quicker and not have to wait longer for the next table or if there isn't another one available. So 8-11 would be your proper answer they will not give you your own table and chef unless u have a full table. People have that common misconception. It's just not possible with the amount of tables and chefs.
